1. Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95 USD.
- Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD, shipped via EMS.
- Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
2. Returns & Exchanges Promise
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange. The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all tags, packaging, and protective covers intact.
⚠️ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Groin Guards (Personal protective equipment)
- Mouthguards (if sold separately, implied from “Kids protection” category)
- Any used, worn, or damaged equipment.
- Items with removed tags or original packaging.
Analysis Note: Given the intimate nature of certain protective gear and our commitment to athlete safety, these exclusions ensure the integrity and hygiene of all equipment for every warrior.
3. The Return & Exchange Process: Step-by-Step
- Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, email us at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Use the template below to speed up the process.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or RMA email, and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable service—you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.
- Inspection & Processing: Our team inspects returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. Upon approval, we immediately process your exchange or refund.
4. Refunds: Timing & Method
- Timing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We do not offer refunds to alternate methods or as store credit for standard returns.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We facilitate exchanges for items of equal value. If the new item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference. The exchange process follows the same steps as a return. We ship the new item once the return is approved, using your preferred shipping method.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Received damaged or faulty gear? Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos/videos of the damage and your order number. We cover all shipping costs to replace the item or issue a full refund at your discretion.
