1. Our Return & Exchange Promise

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange. The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and protective covers intact.

2. The Process: Step-by-Step

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure we get all necessary information quickly.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). Upon approval, we will immediately process your exchange or refund.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Groin Guards (Personal protective equipment)
  • Mouthguards (if sold separately, implied from “Kids protection” category)
  • Any used, worn, or damaged equipment.
  • Items with removed tags or original packaging.

Analysis Note: Based on the website’s focus on high-performance combat sports gear and the intimate nature of certain protective equipment (like groin guards), these items are excluded to ensure the safety and integrity of all our warriors.

4. Refunds: Timing & Method

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We do not offer refunds to alternate payment methods or as store credit for standard returns.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We facilitate exchanges for items of equal value. If the new item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference. The exchange process follows the same steps as a return. We will ship the new item once the return is received and approved, using your preferred shipping method.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or faulty piece of gear? Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos/videos of the damage and your order number. We will cover all shipping costs to replace the item or issue a full refund at your discretion.
