Q: Where do you ship from, and how long does it take to process my order?
A: All orders ship from our warehouse in Panama City Beach, Florida, USA. We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information immediately.

A: We offer two trusted options:

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship globally* to gyms and fighters worldwide. However, we are currently unable to deliver to a small number of remote regions and parts of Asia. The best way to check is to enter your address at checkout. If your region is not serviceable, the system will notify you.

A: We curate performance-focused, battle-tested gear for serious fighters. Our menu includes everything from premium Fairtex and Twins gloves, to essential hand wraps, ankle supports, elbow pads, and groin guards. We also have a dedicated Kids line for young warriors, including gloves, pads, Muay Thai shorts, and protection gear.
Q: How do I choose the right size for gloves or clothing?
A: Each product page has a detailed size chart. For gloves, measure the circumference of your dominant hand (excluding thumb). For clothing and compression wear, refer to the specific brand’s chart provided. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially for training gear.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We stand by our gear. If it’s not perfect, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the simple process and provide a return authorization and instructions.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For items that are faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind or sizing, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

A: The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor its journey. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status.
Q: I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
A: First, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at [email protected] with your full name and the email address used for the order. We’ll resend it and confirm your order status.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly to get you your gear! If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify or cancel orders if they have not yet entered the packing process.
